About Cent Check

Cent Check is India's first comprehensive & advanced health checkup that runs through the year. It starts with the annual full-body scan (Full-body MRI (Head to Pelvis), Ultra low dose CT (CT Calcium & CT lung), DEXA, ECG, 2D Echo, Spirometry, Mammogram (for women > 45 yrs) and 100+ biomarkers blood & urine tests).

We then do another set of scans/tests at the 6-month checkpoint (DEXA, 100+ biomarkers blood/urine test and ECG & Echo, if recommended in the annual full body scan), and provide continuous personalized support with up to 4 doctor consultations & personalized insights on the Cent app throughout the year.

*if recommended in annual full body scan

A one-time scan gives you a single reading, then goes quiet for a year while your body keeps changing. Cent Check adds a 6-month checkpoint and ongoing doctor access in between, so you see the trend rather than a single reading, and can act on a change, in time.

Cent uses multimodal imaging (MRI, CT, DEXA) alongside 100+ biomarkers, organ-level risk scoring, and AI-assisted synthesis, brought together into one structured report and reviewed by a doctor, multiple times through the year.

A standard blood-based checkup typically tests once a year with 30 to 60 biomarkers and no imaging, so it can't see a tumour, a blockage or bone loss the way imaging can. Others with imaging typically add only an ECG or ultrasound, which can't cover key organs of the body completely.

Health changes daily. One reading a year can only tell you where you stood on that one day. Cent Check takes multiple readings across the year, so you can see whether a marker is improving, holding steady or worsening, which a single scan can never show. A continuous checkup like Cent Check reduces the gap between a life-threatening disease being detectable and getting detected, and hence enables early detection.

After buying Cent Check, here's how it works:

  • Book your annual full-body scan.
  • Blood and urine are collected at home.
  • Imaging takes about two hours at the centre, followed by AI synthesis and medical review of your report.
  • You get your specialist-reviewed report within a week.
  • You book a doctor consultation who walks you through your 360° report and personalized health plan.
  • At six months, you return for the checkpoint: a repeat blood panel and DEXA for everyone, plus ECG and Echo if your annual scan flagged something on the heart worth re-checking.
  • Through the year, you can use up to four doctor consultations, and everything sits in the Cent app so you can see it move over time.

Cent's CCNM protocol is designed to screen for 300+ conditions across four categories:

  • Cancer
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Neurological disorders
  • Metabolic disorders

These are life-threatening diseases responsible for ~80% of non-communicable disease-led deaths in India.

Cent combines its own imaging infrastructure, the proprietary CCNM protocol, AI-led data synthesis, specialist radiologists and physicians, and a structured reporting framework to give you a 360° view of your health. Every report is reviewed by a doctor, which is why we don't provide reports instantly after the scan.

There have been 10,000+ Cent members who have trusted Cent, and out of them ~25% found something significant to take action on (major) and ~5% found something that needed immediate clinical action that same week (critical); most walked in without any symptoms.

Pricing & What's Included

The Cent Check membership is priced at ₹25,000. That single price covers your annual full-body scan, the 6-month checkpoint (set of scans & tests), up to four doctor consultations, and access to the Cent app. Nothing extra is billed on top.

Here's what's included across the year:

  • The annual scan: whole-body MRI, CT calcium score, DEXA, ECG, 2D echo, spirometry, mammography (for women > 45 years), and 100+ biomarkers (blood & urine tests).
  • At six months: a repeat blood panel and DEXA for everyone, plus ECG and Echo if your annual scan flagged something on the heart worth re-checking.
  • Across the year: up to four doctor consultations (for discussing any findings from our scans) and full access to the Cent app, where you see all reports, trends of markers, organ-level scores, and an AI companion that answers any of your health queries based on your health data.

Along with Cent Check, there is an add-on Genetics Module which is a one-time test (through lifetime) that identifies genetic risks. This add-on module can be added at the time of purchasing Cent Check.

Cent Check is our only offering, and it runs for 365 days. Everyone who scans with Cent gets the annual scan and the year of follow-through around it, at one price. We believe that a true health checkup has to be continuous, so we don't offer a one-time scan.

Cent Check runs 12 months from your annual scan date. It needs to be renewed next year in case you want to. There is no automatic renewal system that forces you to renew.

Genetics is an optional add-on to the base Cent Check membership, not included by default.

The Annual Scan, Test By Test

Most chronic diseases develop silently over years. A single test rarely tells the full story; a multi-modal approach across imaging, blood and functional tests increases the chance of catching something early, while it's still actionable.

The full-body MRI is completely radiation-free and safe even for frequent, repeat scans — that's why it's called the gold standard for preventive screening. The CT used for calcium scoring & lung is ultra-low-dose, with minimal exposure well within medically accepted screening limits, and is used only where it adds real signal.

It measures calcium buildup in the coronary arteries, a key early indicator of hidden coronary artery disease risk, long before symptoms appear.

No. DEXA measures bone density and body composition, useful for assessing osteoporosis risk and metabolic health in every adult, not just athletes.

It analyses clinically relevant DNA variants associated with cancer, cardiac, neurological and metabolic conditions. It's performed once, since your DNA doesn't change, and the results are integrated into your future assessments.

Tell your coordinator when you book. They'll talk you through the process beforehand and stay in reach through the scan, so you know what to expect before you're in the machine. Our full-body MRI protocol takes 30 minutes vs standard ones available in the market that take 60-90 minutes. You can also watch your favourite content on any OTT apps while doing your MRI at Cent.

In your 360° report, you can see:

  • Your overall health score
  • All findings classified by critical, major, minor, normal
  • Tru10 organ-level scores with findings
  • Reports by scan (MRI, CT, DEXA, etc.)
  • How your score and markers move checkup after checkup, plus a health plan built from your own results

There's also an AI chat feature inside the app that answers questions about your own health data, referencing your actual score and report rather than generic information. All of this is available on the Cent app or our website.

Early Detection, By Condition

The Cent Scan includes full-body MRI, mammogram (for women > 45 years) and relevant biomarkers to detect early abnormalities and suspicious lesions.

Yes. CT calcium scoring, ECG, 2D Echo and cardiovascular biomarkers together assess coronary artery disease risk.

Brain MRI and neurological markers help detect aneurysms, white matter changes, structural abnormalities and early degeneration.

Yes. The panel evaluates glucose metabolism, insulin resistance, lipid profile, liver fat and other metabolic markers.

The 6-Month Checkpoint

A repeat blood panel and DEXA for every member, so change in your metabolic and bone markers is measured against your baseline. If your annual scan flagged something on the heart worth watching, ECG and Echo are added to re-check it specifically. Heart & metabolic risks account for the majority of health risks in the country, which is why we recheck them at the 6-month checkpoint.

They're included specifically to re-check a heart finding from your annual scan. If your annual scan didn't flag anything on the heart, there's nothing new to re-check at six months, so the checkpoint focuses on blood and DEXA instead.

Through the Cent app. The checkpoint appears in your app once you're eligible, closer to your six-month mark. Book a slot there, and the same process follows as your annual scan: blood collected at home, DEXA (and ECG/Echo, if applicable) at the centre.

No. It's included in your Cent Check membership. No additional charges.

The app opens your booking window as you approach the six-month mark.

After scans & tests at a 6-month checkpoint, you get another doctor consultation to discuss recent results & progress over the last 6 months. You can also use one of your included doctor consultations (up to 4) to discuss further if you have queries.

Doctor Consultations

Up to four consultations a year, under a fair-usage policy, whenever a result from your Cent report raises a question. These are meant to help you understand your Cent report, the movement of a specific marker across the year, or your progress against a health plan Cent recommended. It's built around your own Cent data.

These consultations are strictly for discussing report findings from our scans/tests; they are not for reactive care, i.e. for any illness or infection (like cold, fever etc.) that should be attended to by doctors in a clinic/hospital setup.

No. These consultations are not a substitute for a normal OPD visit. They're there to help you understand your Cent report and markers, not to treat a health issue you're facing day to day. For that, please see your regular doctor.

Through the Cent app, the same place you see your report and markers.

Fair-usage policy applies. Speak to your Cent advisor if you have a specific ongoing need beyond the four.

The Cent App & AI Companion

The app that holds everything from your Cent Check in one place: your Unified Health Score, your full report by category, organ-level scores, and how each of your markers is trending over time.

In the app, you can:

  • See your overall health score
  • Open your full report by category (critical, major, minor, normal)
  • Check ten organ-level scores
  • Track how your score and markers move checkup after checkup
  • Follow a health plan built from your own results

There's also an AI chat feature inside the app that answers questions about your own health data, referencing your actual score and report rather than generic information.

No. It's there to help you explore and understand your own data day to day. Anything that needs clinical judgement still goes through your doctor consultations.

Booking, Locations & Logistics

Cent is present in 3 cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurugram as of now, but we are expanding fast across the country.

Imaging takes about two hours at the centre. Blood and urine are collected separately at home, so you don't need extra time on-site for that. Full pre-scan instructions, including any fasting required, are shared once you book.

Call the Cent advisors via the number on the Cent website, ideally 48 hours before your appointment.

The minimum age for our scan is 25 years. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, specific metal implants or a recent surgery, can affect what's suitable, so the team checks this with you before you book.

Yes. Family bookings are common. Many customers book their parents or spouse first, and about a quarter of all bookings already involve two or more family members.

After Your Scan & Ongoing Support

Within a week of imaging & blood sample collection, delivered through the Cent app as well as on your email. You can then schedule a doctor consultation to walk you through it.

Your consultation walks you through exactly what it means and what to do next, whether that's monitoring through your 6-month checkpoint or advice you have to seek from a specialist. Most people walk out reassured; the small number who find something significant get to specialists for taking action, while there's still time to act.

Feeling fine isn't the same as being fine. In Cent's own data, 25% of people who felt well had a clinically meaningful finding, and 5% needed immediate attention. Looking while you feel fine, and continuing to look through the year, is the whole point of Cent Check.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

It's a booking amount, not an extra fee. It counts toward your Cent Check, so when you complete your scan it's simply part of what you've paid. Your booking is valid for 30 days from payment. Only this ₹5,000 is ever at risk; anything you've paid above it is always refunded if your scan doesn't go ahead.

Yes, as long as you give us at least 72 hours' notice before your slot. Your first reschedule is free. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th cost ₹1,000 each. A 5th reschedule isn't possible and cancels the booking. Rescheduling doesn't extend your 30 days, so your new date must fall within 30 days of payment.

Missing your slot, or cancelling with less than 72 hours' notice, counts as a missed appointment. The first time, there's no charge: we'll remind you to rebook, and you can pick a new date for free within 30 days window of booking. A second miss cancels your booking and the ₹5,000 is kept, with the rest refunded.

If you never booked a slot and no blood sample was taken, you get a full refund. If you booked a slot (even one you later cancelled) or gave a blood sample, we keep ₹5,000 and refund the rest; for example, ₹20,000 back on a ₹25,000 payment. Refunds go to your original payment method.
